createTank Awarded SimpliciKey® Contract

White Hall, WV — createTank®, llc has been awarded a contract to develop web services and a mobile user interface for the next generation SimpliciKey® Wireless Remote Control Electronic Deadbolt.

SimpliciKey® is the maker of Wireless Remote Control Electronic Deadbolt systems, which currently allow users to lock or unlock their doors by electronic key fob, alphanumeric keypad, or standard key. createTank will provide a web services cloud-based infrastructure which will allow SimpliciKey customers more power and flexibility in the control of their locks.

SimpliciKey's KeyCloud™ is a web-based system that enables users to control multiple home devices from anywhere in the world via Android or iOS smartphone or computer, as well as control interior lights and other KeyCloud™-compatible devices.

createTank is developing the cloud-based services environment for the KeyCloud™ system with secure, highly scalable web services. The mobile apps will be developed for Android and iOS smartphones and tablets.

createTank releases FOSS Authentication Libraries

WHITE HALL, WV — createTank® has teamed with MarcoPoloLoco and cr3473 (pronounced "create") to release free and open source (FOSS) authentication and session management libraries for Google App Engine.  The libraries support App Engine Python and Java SDKs under the monikers cerberus-python and cerberus-java.

The original library was written in Python for the server implementation of MarcoPoloLoco's spacetime messaging app. When developing other systems, cr3473 staff ported the library to Java preserving design patterns for interchangeable support. The team expects the libraries to evolve into a complete open source authentication system in the future with the release of RESTful web services and mobile client libraries (Android and iOS).

createTank to Accept Bitcoin

Fairmont, WV – Software firm createTank has announced that it will now accept BitCoin as payment for software and IT contract services.

createTank Awarded GSA Schedule 70 IT Contract

Fairmont, WV — createTank proudly announces their contract award in the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) IT Schedule 70 to the approved vendors list as a provider of IT services.  createTank can now be found on Schedule 70 under contract Number GS-35F-185AA where it is certified as pre-qualified to provide U.S. Federal Agencies with IT services.
